Grilled Steak

Grilled Steak

·         A 4-6 oz Steak
      ·         Salt
      ·         Black Pepper (freshly grinded)

Bring steak to room temperature
Salt & Pepper both sides

Heat Grill to 350-400 degrees

Place on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes
Turn 45 degrees and cook for another 3-4 minutes
Flip steak and repeat

This will give you a good medium well steak
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
